Mr. Halliburton is Owner of Halliburton Operating. As an owner/operator of oil and gas properties for over the last 26 years, Mr. Halliburton has participated in hundreds of wells, both as operator and non-operator in the East Texas Basin and Eastern shelf of the Permian Basin.
Mr. Halliburton is a licensed attorney and a non-practicing member of the State Bar of the State of Texas. He is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
